How do refundable deposits work?
Your deposit is calculated at checkout based on your reservation. After the returned items are inspected, the refund is initiated within 3–5 business days, less any documented loss or damage.
How are totes cleaned?
Every tote is inspected, washed and sanitized between customers before it returns to inventory.
Do you deliver to rural areas?
Yes. AMK Rentals is designed for statewide urban and rural coverage. Route-based fees and available windows are shown before payment.
What are the delivery windows?
Customers select from available route windows during booking. Automated confirmations and reminders keep both delivery and pickup on schedule.
Which tote sizes are available?
Medium, large, extra-large and office/file totes are available. A mixed-size bundle works well for most moves.
Can I extend my rental?
Extensions are available when inventory permits. Request an extension before your scheduled return date to avoid late charges.
